MARYS WHEREAS, the City of St. Marys Planning Commission has recommended to Council that the zoning elassification of a certain 31.586 acre tract of recently annexed land located in the City of St. Marys, be zoned 1-1 (Industrial) zone and, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF ST. MARYS, OHIO SECTION 1. That the zoning classification of the following described property containing 31.586 acres of land, more or less, be zoned 1-1 (Industrial) zone; Being all of a 31.586 acre tract of vacant land located in the Southwest quarter, Section 36, Noble Township in the City of St. Marys. Said tract of land is located north of McKinley Road and approximately 3,500 feet east of the RJ. Coman Raillroad and consist of parcel no. H43-036-002-00 according to the Auglaize County Tax Map records. SECTION 2. That a map showing the location and particular dimensions of the arca to be zoned shall be attached and made a part of the ordinance SECTION 3. That upon passage of this ordinance, the Clerk of this council is hereby directed to publish this ordinance in accordance with law, including a map showing the changed zoning SECTION 4.
