FOR THE CITY OF ST MARYS, OHIO: SECTION 1. That the zoaing classification of the following described peoperty containing 1605 acres of land, moce or less, be rezonod from R-3 (Single Family Residential) to RS(Malti-Family Residennial) z0ne; Being all of a 1605 acre act of vacant land pan of Outlet 131 to the City of St Marys locatod in the Northeast qarter, Section 4, St. Marys Towrship in the City of St. Marys.
