APPRENTICE LINEMAN Midwest Electric is a member owned electric distribution cooperative providing electricity to 11,000 homes and businesses in 7 counties in west central Ohio. We rank in the top tier of customer satisfaction ratings from the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI). We are currently seeking qualified person(s) for the position of Apprentice Lineman. This position will provide manpower, knowledge and workmanship that is necessary to perform related job duties for proper construction, maintenance, and operation of the electric system. Qualified candidate(s) must be able to obtain, a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A. Must exhibit good communication and problem-solving skills and be able to work safely in a team-oriented atmosphere. Candidate must be willing to learn and implement new technology. Must live or relocate within a 20-minute drive to Midwest Electric to respond to outages or emergency situations.
