Must possess excellent oral and written customer service communication skills and superior internal and external customer service skills. Will require daily communication with members and the public in a respectful, courteous and efficient manner. A minimum of three years of office-related work experience is preferred. Must be proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of Crystal Reports and Microsoft Access is a plus. Must have knowledge or be capable of learning report writing software and programs relevant to our in-house National Information Solutions Cooperative software. Must be able to motivate and encourage team members. Must have the ability to manage multiple tasks, following different techniques and procedures. Must be detail and accuracy oriented. General accounting experience preferred. Must be able to prepare a variety of reports and documents and perform the duties and requirements associated with the position. Must be able to plan and prioritize work. Must be able to adapt to a work environment that requires the knowledge to learn and implement new technology. This position may serve as back-up in the Member Service Supervisor's absence. Associate degree in business, technology or related field preferred.
