REQUIRMENTS: The candidate must have a minimum of five years experience in the medical field. Candidate's knowledge base should include, but not be limited to anatomy, physiology and pathophysiology, medical terminology/abbreviations, and a variety of nursing, medical assisting, and therapy skills. The position also requires candidate to serve as SkillsUSA advisor. Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required. Must have high school diploma. Beneficial for applicant to have CPR and First Aid Instructor certification or be wlling to obtain. Position demands excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills, and ability to work with students. Applicant must be willing to obtain teaching license.
