Review applications and resumes for employment, including background and reference checks. Assist in planning for future hiring needs. Assist in addressing any performance issues. Coordinate training activities based on need. Maintain employee personnel files. Explain and maintain all benefits information for the employees. Update policy manual as necessary. Maintain company compliance with labor and Worker's Comp laws. Attend and represent the company at Worker's Compensation hearings. Insure efficient operation of the President's office on a daily basis. Support and uphold company policies, procedures, and instructions.
