MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR (POSITION IN LIMA, OHIO): Manage the definition and implementation of plant engineering and facility maintenance processes, including manufacturing process controls; machinery modification and improvement; quality control and testing; and preventive and predictive maintenance as well as day-to-day troubleshooting; manage the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives to optimize production and quality; procurement of raw materials; and implement lean management controls; troubleshoot molding and manufacturing processes and material issues; and manage technical engineering training. Must have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field or its foreign equivalent and five years of experience in mechanical engineering.
