Dairy King & Motel is a motel in Ft. Loramie, Ohio. The Dairy King & Motel was founded in 1950 by Carl Borchers in front of his home in beautiful downtown Fort Loramie. The business was later expanded by building an attached motel and an apartment. In 1999, Martha Holscher purchased the Dairy King & Motel and expanded the establishment to include a drive-up window, hall rental facility, and 10 newly remodeled motel rooms.
