Eichar DeCurtins Post 5713, Veterans of Foreign Wars of the United States was formed on February 10, 1946 in Celina, Ohio. The post was named in honor of Harry M. Eichar, a World War I veteran who died in France and Albert E. DeCurtins who died at Bataan during World War II.
